Terms & Conditions

• This is voluntary work (our journal is a not-profit organization).
• Should be PhD degree holder/ equivalent degree holder.
• Should have published at least 5 research papers in any reputed Journal.
• Able to respond/reply via an Email by the Chief Editor within one week (if asked).
• Term of Service: The board member agrees to serve for two years, renewable upon mutual agreement.
• Responsibilities: The member will actively participate in journal activities, including manuscript review, editorial decisions, and strategic planning.
• Review Process: The member commits to reviewing a minimum 10 manuscripts per year, providing thorough and timely feedback within two weeks of assignment.
• Meetings: The member will attend editorial board meetings annually, either in person or virtually.
• Journal Promotion: The member will promote the journal within their professional network and at relevant conferences or events.
• Ethical Standards: The member agrees to adhere to the journal's ethical guidelines and declare any potential conflicts of interest.
• Confidentiality: The member will maintain the confidentiality of all unpublished manuscripts and editorial discussions.
• Expertise: The member will guide in their area of expertise and suggest potential special issues or themes for the journal.
• Author Contributions: The member is encouraged to submit their research to the journal, subject to the standard peer review process.
• Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement with One month's notice. The journal reserves the right to terminate the agreement immediately in case of ethical violations.
