Confidentiality of Manuscripts:

All papers are handled as confidential. Editors, peer reviewers, and editorial staff are bound by a duty of confidentiality and are not permitted to disclose any information about the submitted paper.

Editorial Board Confidentiality:

Members of the Editorial Board have access to privileged information about submitted papers. They must maintain absolute confidentiality and avoid discussing specific article details with persons who are not directly involved in the review process.

Peer Reviewer Confidentiality:

Peer reviewers play an important part in the evaluation process. They are obligated to keep the manuscripts confidential and not communicate, discuss, or divulge any manuscript-related material with unauthorized parties.

Confidentiality in Correspondence:

All correspondence between the editorial team, authors, and reviewers is strictly secret. Personal information, feedback, and any other correspondence regarding the manuscript should not be shared without explicit authorization.

Protection of Author Identities:

The editorial team is aware of the authors' identities, but these are kept anonymous during the peer review process. Reviewers are unaware of the writers' identities, and precautions are taken to prevent this information from being accidentally leaked.

Data and Privacy Protection:

Any sensitive or personal information included in the manuscript must be handled with the utmost care. Authors are responsible for obtaining the necessary permissions and ensuring compliance with data protection laws.

Confidentiality Breach Protocol:

In the event of a suspected breach of confidentiality, GJMHR will conduct a thorough investigation. If a breach is confirmed, appropriate actions will be taken, which may include retraction of the manuscript, notifying relevant parties, and imposing sanctions on individuals found responsible.
